The Floating Hotel Concept


  • Bluetech Finland has been the design partner to make the technical systems and structural design for a floating iceberg hotel concept

  • The concept is composed of a multi floor construction floating on top of a steel pontoon and moored to shore with number of connections to the onshore infrastructure

  • Hotel provides luxury facilities for a capacity of over 700 guests including over 270 guestrooms
